Quotes and pricing
Quotes are firm once confirmed with you and based on the information you provide: home size, window count, access and condition. If the job turns out materially different from what was described, we will talk to you before doing any extra work or changing the price.
Scheduling and weather
Window cleaning is weather-dependent. If conditions make safe, quality work impossible, we will rebook you at the next available date that works for you.
Access and safety
We need safe access to the windows being cleaned: unlocked gates, pets secured, and a clear place to set ladders. We reserve the right to skip any window we cannot reach safely, and it will not be charged.
Our guarantee
Before we leave, we walk the finished job with you. Anything you are not happy with gets fixed on the spot. If you spot something after we have left, call us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Payment
Payment is due on completion by e-transfer or cash unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
We treat your home with care. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as failed window seals, fogged double panes, cracked glass, or damage from defective screens and hardware, and we will point these out when we find them.
