Exterior windows and frames
Glass scrubbed and squeegeed by hand, frames wiped down, water-soluble debris removed. Second and third storeys reached safely by ladder, including the awkward ones over walkways and decks.
Interior windows and frames
Included in both packages. We work clean indoors: shoes off or covered, drop cloths where needed, furniture treated with care, glass left streak-free.
Screens, washed properly
Screens come off, get washed, and go back on. Dusty screens undo a window clean the first windy day, so we do not skip them.
Ledges and sills
Every ledge wiped clean as we go. It is the difference between windows that look clean and windows that are clean.
Track detail clean
The Luxury package adds a maintenance clean of the window tracks: the grit, dead bugs and grime that build up where the window slides.
The walkthrough
Before we pack up, we walk the house with you. Anything you are not happy with gets fixed on the spot. That is the guarantee.
Something extra on your glass?
Hard water staining, paint specks, sticker residue or post-construction debris need more than a standard clean. Mention it when you book and we will quote it honestly, including telling you if it is not worth doing.
