Tell us your home size, neighbourhood and which package you want. We reply with a quote, usually the same day. The quote you approve is the price you pay. Most homes don't need a site visit first.

For exterior-only work, no, as long as we can reach the windows and gates are unlocked. Both our packages include interior glass, so for those we just need someone to let us in.

Both cover interior and exterior glass, frames, ledges and screens. Luxury adds the window tracks, vacuumed and scrubbed, with the corners and channels detailed by hand. If your tracks have never been done, Luxury is worth it.

Rain itself doesn't dirty clean glass; it's the dust already on the window that streaks. If your windows look worse shortly after our visit because of weather, call us and we'll make it right.

Yes, in both packages. Off, washed, and back on, every screen. Skipping screens is how a window clean gets undone on the first windy day.

Usually, yes. We regularly handle steep ladders, tight footpaths and awkward rooflines. Send a photo of the tricky spot with your booking and we'll confirm in the quote.

Mineral staining, paint specks and construction debris need restoration work beyond a standard clean. Mention it when booking and we quote it separately and honestly, including telling you when glass is too far gone to be worth it.

Most Calgary homes look their best with two cleans a year, spring and fall. Homes near gravel roads, construction or with sprinkler overspray benefit from more.

We take e-transfer and cash, payable when the job is done and you've walked the house with us.

Before we leave, we walk the job with you. Anything you're not happy with gets fixed on the spot. Streak-free means streak-free.
